Refund Policy

1. All Purchases Are Final

All Test Batch purchases on MakeMyQuiz are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and access to the batch has been granted. This applies regardless of how many tests you actually attempt during your access period.

2. The One Exception: Technical Failure on Our End

If a genuine technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing content you've paid for (for example, a payment that was deducted but never activated your batch, or a platform bug that blocks access entirely and we're unable to fix it promptly), please contact our support team. We'll investigate and, where our failure is confirmed, resolve it — typically by restoring your access, extending your access period, or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

3. What Is Not Covered

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Not attempting the tests included in your batch;
• Dissatisfaction with your test scores, rank, or results;
• Issues on your own end — such as your internet connection, device, or browser — that affected a test attempt;
• Any exam-integrity violation that led to an attempt being auto-submitted.

4. Discount & Coupon Purchases

Test Batches purchased using a discount code, coupon, or any promotional offer are also final and non-refundable, under the same terms as a full-price purchase.

5. How to Reach Us

For any payment issue or a technical-failure claim under Section 2, email us at support@makemyquiz.in with your registered email/mobile number and the batch you purchased, and we'll get back to you.
