Welcome to MakeMyQuiz. MakeMyQuiz is an online test/quiz portal that helps students prepare for competitive exams (such as TNPSC, SSC, and similar) through practice tests, timed mock exams, subject-wise question banks, and performance reports. By creating an account or using MakeMyQuiz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please also read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of this agreement.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current information (name, email, and/or mobile number) when creating an account.
- Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass test limits, batch access, or other restrictions is not allowed.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or permanently remove any account found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in misuse of the platform (including cheating, sharing accounts, or abusing free/trial access), or providing false information.
2. Exam Conduct & Integrity
To keep test results fair and meaningful for everyone, MakeMyQuiz uses an exam-integrity system during timed tests. While a test is in progress:
- You will be asked to attempt the test in full-screen mode.
- Switching browser tabs, minimizing the window, or exiting full-screen is tracked as a violation.
- A first violation shows a warning. Repeated violations beyond the limit set for that test will automatically submit your attempt as-is, without further warning.
- Copy, paste, and right-click are disabled on question/answer content during a live test.
- Admins and teachers may review flagged attempts (including a log of recorded violations) as part of maintaining fair use of the platform, and may take further action on accounts that show a pattern of attempted cheating.
3. Paid Test Batches
- A Test Batch is a paid subscription that gives you access to a defined set of tests, rankings, and related material for a fixed period of time, as described on the batch's page at the time of purchase.
- Access to a Test Batch expires automatically at the end of its stated access duration — extending or renewing access requires a fresh purchase, unless we state otherwise.
- The exact tests, schedule, and features included in a batch may be updated by us from time to time to keep content current; we'll aim to keep the substance of what you purchased intact.

4. No Guarantee of Results
MakeMyQuiz is a practice and preparation tool. While we aim to provide accurate, well-written questions and useful performance reports, we do not guarantee any particular exam outcome, score, rank, or selection result. Your performance in any real examination depends on many factors outside our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
MakeMyQuiz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Technical issues, bugs, or downtime affecting the platform;
- Internet outages, power failures, or device problems on your end that interrupt a test in progress (this is part of why we auto-save your progress — see our test auto-save behavior — but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted connection);
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, MakeMyQuiz.
6. Changes to Pricing, Content, or Terms
We may update our pricing, test content, features, or these Terms from time to time as the platform grows. Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will make a reasonable effort to notify affected users in advance. Continued use of MakeMyQuiz after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
